WHO DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?

We use various carriers. Your shipping confirmation will notify you of your order's specific carrier. Please visit that respective carrier's website to sign up for detailed order tracking, alerts, or redirect to a carrier provided pick-up-location. Please note we do not currently offer Saturday Delivery as an option. Shipping days are M-F (except holidays).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Ground (non-expedited) orders will leave our distribution centers within 72 hours. 
Expedited orders (Overnight and 2-day) will leave our distribution center within 24 hours.

We ship Monday - Friday and are closed weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee carrier travel time. Delivery time is only an estimate and is based on standard conditions and carrier service estimates.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

We have two distribution centers, one in California and one in South Carolina. Your order will fulfill from the closest distribution center to you that has the item you ordered.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE ALL OF MY ITEMS, ARE THEY COMING IN A LATER SHIPMENT?

It's likely your order shipped from two warehouses.  Check your shipping confirmation for a second shipment coming from another warehouse.  If you suspect an item didn't ship, please use the Contact Us page.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, CAN YOU UPDATE IT?

Orders move into our warehouse within minutes after you click “submit order” and we cannot update them once they are on the floor for processing. If you catch the error right away, please use the Contact Us page. Please provide your order number and the correct address and we will do our best to cancel it.
